Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged or incorrect item.

Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Return & Exchange Process

If you’d like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) clear photos of the item.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Upon approval, you’ll be guided on how to ship the item back to us.

🔄 Exchange Option (Preferred)

  • We aim to replace returned items with the same or similar product of your choice.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit), the replacement will be sent free of additional shipping charges.

  • If the return is not due to a fault on our end (e.g., customer changed their mind), the customer may be asked to cover the return or re-shipping charges.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the product returned is found to be opened, used, or not in its original condition, the refund may be rejected and the item sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items without original packaging or seals

  • Fragrance testers or promotional items

  • Items reported after 15 days of delivery
